Projects must be single-family homes built between December 2000 and December 2007 and be located in the New York House magazine editorial coverage area: Manhattan; the boroughs of Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, Brooklyn; and the counties of Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Sullivan, Dutchess, Ulster, Greene, Delaware, and Columbia.

Entries must be submitted on or before December 31, 2007.

Project Description	Please provide a 500-word narrative describing your building including a description of the location, key sustainable design features, and any other information that will help our judges assess its innovation and efficiency.
Short Answers
Please answer the following questions: What Alternative Energy Systems are used? Is the house an Energy Star Labeled Home? If so, what is the house's Home Energy Rating System (HERS) score? Has the house been tested using another rating system? If so, please describe. What type of insulation was used? Please explain in detail.
Project Documentation and Photos
Please provide the following in photos or other attachments: Provide up to 5 graphical files showing sectional information showing building envelope details, floor plans, and elevations. Provide up to 5 interior AND 5 exterior digital images of your building. If possible, please submit each photo in two forms: high-resolution (300 dpi) and web-resolution (72 dpi). The photographs will be used to judge the building's aesthetics and to help evaluate the building's design.
Publication Permissions
I agree that my project information and images may be used for promotional purposes, both on the House Media Network website and in ScheinMedia print publications including but limited to New York House Magazine.
