New York HOUSE Magazine—Print Ads

The following are guidelines for print ads:

Ad Graphics New York HOUSE magazine is produced using InDesign CS3 for Windows. Digital files may be submitted as pdf, tiff, jpeg or eps formats. Do not send in original Application files (InDesign, QuarkExpress, Photoshop, Illustrator or MS Word).

Ad Copy Text for ads can be submitted as a MS Word document or in the body of an email. Do NOT include images with in the MS Word document—send images as separate image files.

Line Screen & Design Charges
  • Text Pages: 100 lpi.
  • Covers: 200 lpi. Submit films right reading emulsion down (RRED).
  • Graphic design billed at $25 per half-hour. One hour minimum for ad setup. Other design charges may apply.
  • Insert and Card prices upon request.
Deadlines & Issuance:
  • The new issue of New York HOUSE is available on www.nyhouse-digital.com on or before the 1st of the month.
  • The ad reservation deadline is the 9th of the month preceding publicaton. Print ready designed ads are due by the 11th of the month.preceding publication or the business day following a weekend or holiday.

Business Directory Listings are a maximum of 50 words long. Please provide by e-mail to ads@scheinmedia.com Prepayment is required in full with copy submission by Visa or Mastercard. Marketplace product ads are up to 50 words plus graphic (logo).
